I believe the Parks Dept permit was for 3500.

IIRC, in the park area itself where the stage was, about 3,500. But outside of that area, several more thousand I believe. I’m sure that TPTB there will report a number much lower than actual; it’s what they do. We’ll probably hear that there were 500 total attendees.
