I ran into this with my own domain. But it wasn’t from IT or developers. It may just be that the host has put in a filter, and rather than take the time to work around that filter they are just doing a canned blanket policy to keep from having to earn their fees...
On my domain it was my unbiased server host had installed “Immunify 360” as a filter. This 3rd party was ruthless during covid with ANY terminology having to do with pharmaceuticals at the time. If they are using this filter, it has probably been updated to include DEI terminology. I had mine turned off at the host and it fixed it.
Sometimes it can be just that simple. But it has to be the domain owner himself that requests it from the server host.
