ADVICE:
Do NOT communicate your concerns via electronic means with managers or employees, NOR communicate your concerns with the IT company.
Quietly do your research from home, find another IT company and get their advice on the following changeover logistics:
>Password changes,
>File servers etc.
>Email hosting,
>Archive/backups they possess
>Etc., etc.
EXPECT the worst. Plan for it. Back up EVERYTHING. No reputable IT company makes such changes without a possible nefarious backend.
You need a Conservative geek expert to advise you. Perhaps contact a few Conservatives online to make inquiries (Mark Levin, Dana Loesch, Tucker, Rogan, etc.); certainly they or others can give you a recommendation.
I very much wish I had a recommendation for you, but I haven’t yet had that need (I’d appreciate hearing who you contracted with and how it went).
good point but when I told him I had great concerns of them blocking sites, etc., based on their exhaustive list, he sent me a waiver of services that excluded THEM from being responsible from any issues that could crop up. I just want them to not set their algorithm to “Block FR” “Block Jesus Christ” “Block Trump” which I suspect it’s doing.

I ran into this with my own domain. But it wasn’t from IT or developers. It may just be that the host has put in a filter, and rather than take the time to work around that filter they are just doing a canned blanket policy to keep from having to earn their fees...
On my domain it was my unbiased server host had installed “Immunify 360” as a filter. This 3rd party was ruthless during covid with ANY terminology having to do with pharmaceuticals at the time. If they are using this filter, it has probably been updated to include DEI terminology. I had mine turned off at the host and it fixed it.
Sometimes it can be just that simple. But it has to be the domain owner himself that requests it from the server host.

correct. my goal is to have FREEDOM to speak or visit sites I want without being stripped of protections when I push back. This is currently what I’m up against.
One of the things they “protect” us from is misinformation. Now tell me, isn’t that the lefty buzzword of the century to stop ANYTHING that’s conservative or Christian? this is worrisome as hell.

right, I don’t want it but when I told the IT co I don’t want it he sent me a waiver exonerating himself (IT co) from ANY responsibility if there’s an issue.
I don’t know how to get around it.

two of my brothers own two different businesses
the work is secular and they are both very successful
but they have dedicated their businesses to the Lord
one brother opens each work day with prayer
the other brother probably would except his teams are scattered on different job sites/locations
I cannot help with IT suggestions but I totally support Christian and conservative owned businesses
When was the last time you fought a contract that you SIGNED and agreed to?
