Whether he did or not, what is the point? Probably a courtesy and I seriously doubt they told him they were going with kill rules of engagement.

I'm still waiting to hear if they had the same rules for raids on Biden and Pence? If so, then embarrassing but less of an issue. If not, then clear persecution and wrong. I'm waiting to hear members of Congress speak up.

There were no search warrants served for Biden and Pence as they were cooperating with NARA in the document investigation, unlike Trump.
