Its the THCA rich Hemp thats really the issue. Its because its federally legal. Most "Cannabis" shops are just selling THCA rich hemp because its far easier to sell and buy. Hell you can buy it on 10000000 different websites and have it shipped to you door, again federally legal - just have to know your local laws.
