The problem is that elections are about ballots with mail in voting, not voters. The DemocRATs know how to play the game and the RNC is doing nothing about it. The NGOs are taking illegal aliens from state to state in the battleground states and helping them to get drivers licences (which registers them to vote under Clinton's Moter Voter Law). The illegals are not citizens so they are not supposed to vote, but it is the NGOs that will get the ballots at their shelter address long after the illegals have been moved to multiple other states to do the same thing. With the polling in the swing states, the NGOs know how many ballots they need to produce. These voters need to be challenged and scrubbed from the voter rolls. After the ballots are mailed it is too late. The RNC does not seem to be interested in doing this. I recommend watching
