Sounds like he is still the same “self-centered etc.” that I heard during TWO commencement speeches at University of Delaware — my daughter’s BS in May 2004 and son in law’s MS in May 2007.

And to think I shook his hand while he was campaigning for his first shot at the Senate seat in August 1972 (on campus of University of Delaware). BUT never voted for him, since I was an out-of-state student.
