OH! My gosh - I was awake but my brain wasn’t. I knew that but for some reason I zeroed in on @. Sorry!!

So where did the critic see what they supposed was an ampersand in the writing? “At our school............?” I believe the writer - WHOEVER IT WAS - meant it just as written - “At our school............”

Back where I started - where is the “&” supposed to be?
