Town Halls are too easy to rig... then you’ve got the egos of the mods - and yeah that’s a problem for conservatives too. It’s heady stuff being able to ‘take on’ a person running for President.
Maybe something more innovative would be better - - a large box where rally attendees can drop a paper with a question on it... And Trump draws 5 questions during one of his rallies and answers them. Could be interesting and could be fun. Trump’s fast enough on his feet to pull this one off.
President Trump is putting all of those out of our misery with every inquisition he’s successfully defeated.
Presidential debates are nothing more than political theater! Bad theater at that! The “Beautiful people” love them because they can pretend it’s the Lincoln-Douglas debates. They also have this vague recollection about how Saint JFK bested the evil Nixon and thus saved us from a continuation of the boring 1950s. Thus, the era of TV extravaganza “pick-the-prom-king\queen” presidential politics began!
The debates prove nothing, never have and never will. Does anyone actually think one governs by snappy quips heard on the debates? Nowadays they’re nothing but PR traps for GOP candidates. Particularly to the point of only being traps for GOP candidates! Time to end the farce. I hope Trump’s ego is not driving him to accept these debates as is!
There is no way Trump should go on live TV, with the media in control of what he could say, and when. They are after Trump.. They are lawless.. They will do anything. Joe biden is a loose cannon. There would be no fair ground.

Trump should open up the debate by showing he has nothing on his podium or earpieces and ask Joe to show if he has any written notes on his podium and show a close up of his ears.
