The Georgia RICO case against Trump and the other defendants is going nowhere before November and probably nowhere even after then.
The Florida documents case is certainly not going anywhere soon and may actually be dismissed.
There is a good chance that SCOTUS will rule Trump had at least some level of immunity, even if they rule narrowly. In addition, they may rule for Fischer on the issue of “obstructing an official proceeding” which will also affect the charges against Trump.
All the left has remaining is the Bragg NY case of a NDA payment and how the accountants labeled it as a legal expense. Any conviction will be overturned by a higher court should there be a conviction.
The left is seeing their dreams of Trump in prison prior to November going up in smoke and during into a nightmare as Trump’s polling numbers continue to rise.
