Sounds like this could be a can of worms then if US prisoners and druggies were giving the UK contaminated blood it might mean others were too.
Like I said, from this sites and a US perspective it’ll be interesting to know what the CDC knew and why they allowed this to go on

There was a documented scandal about contaminated blood being sent to Canada from the Arkansas prison system. I recall the Clinton’s being connected.
