I spent my teen years surfing the beaches of south Brevard and Indian River counties it wasn’t unusual to see the the sharks in the waves from shore.
Never surf with schooling baitfish.
The movie made me proud that as Coasties, back in the 60’s, we made advances toward destroying the shark population.
