I don’t know if Peter Navarro is a lawyer; isn’t he an economist? He will be out of jail before Trump could be sworn in, but he will need a pardon to restore his voting rights, perhaps?

I am guessing that Trump will have a 5 foot stack of pardons on his desk when he gets in the WH.
