I had one of the best photos of my wife and daughter that I took and had it made into an oil painting to honor my late wife's memory. I am beyond pleased with the results.

My 78 yr old father was just rushed to the hospital I’m freaking out it was a huge scene. and this painting....
It just calmed me down greatly.

Turned out to be possibly a major asthma/panic attack the doctors think.
He is 78, the way it looked with 6 EMT’s over him that he was having a major heart attack or stroke.
The air tube was removed this morning and i talked to him.
Seems like it’s gonna be OK.

Thats how they sent it with the mounting hardware installed

It just felt and looked wrong to me. I remember that moment vividly. i can sit back and play it in my mind like I'm watching a movie. My wife was taking a nap and said to wake her up at a certain time. That time hit and me and my daughter went to wake her up. My daughter jumped into the bed and right on my wife to accomplish this lol. My wife woke up and gave her a big hug saying she loved her. I pulled out my phone to capture the moment and this was the result.

It's one of few, and it's the best picture I have of them together.

I can only see it horizontal in my mind for it to look right, as that is how I remember the moment. Vertical doesn't sit right with me and i had to redo the mounts so it was horizontal.
