We are presented with two views of history, that incredibly compete for attention in this country. We must reject the premises of the cultural Marxist because Cultural Marxism itself cannot live peaceably with federal republicanism or individual autonomy, and in fact must replace it.
Karl Marx said, “The history of all hitherto existing society is the history of class struggle”. This view is limited to what can be observed, measured, or computed. Everything exists within the bounds of infinity. Humanity exists as swarms of creatures identified to be irradicated or dominated. In this country people resolve the principles of Cultural Marxism to support the creation of White Privilege, Black Lives Matter, Critical Race Theory and a host of other fallacies.
The Declaration of Independence says, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness”. In this expression, the Creator residing beyond infinity reaches into our world from eternity to endow individuals with inestimable value despite the human condition, and therefore remind those holding governing positions of their own fallibility and central duty.
This country needs “a new birth of freedom” to keep faith with the Declaration of Independence and Constitution as the embodiment of the American ideal. Ronald Reagan said, “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn’t pass it to our children in the blood stream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same”.
