We didn't have a 'vaccine salesman' in the White House. You may have been napping while many figured out that lockdowns were supposed to be permanent to collapse the economy and create a Chinese style totalitarian regime.

By pushing to expedite vaccines, without being a physician himself, he forced them to let people go back to work. Trump always took heat for advocating for alternative treatments. Pelosi screamed that President Trump told people to drink bleach, that he was 'dangerously disconnected from reality' etc. etc. They had all of the MSM and their white-coat medical regime saying one thing, and Trump saying another. The hysteria campaign worked - the indoctrinated would at that point have taken the vax even if Trump was against it because 24.7 CIA psyops said everyone would die, you're killing your mother/grandmother etc.
People yawn and start singing to themselves when I point out that exposes of 'vaccine' contracts from other countries revealed that part of signing a vaccine contract was a promise that the shots would be rolled out at the direction of PFizer (which is the CCP 's pharma face) and deviations from the contracts are punishable. For example, if the president (then Obama at the time of signing) were to speak against or fail to support the 'vaccine' the 'fines' the pharma could levy can include military bases within the country in question. So imagine giving China some key military base. Other 'Sovereign assets' were also mentioned - and it can mean US military bases elsewhere. Obama signed that.
None of this happened in a vaccum. We had overlapping threats and enemies against us so distilling it down to the lie that 45 was a 'vaccine' saleman is useless distortion.
But if you prefer Biden and his medical regime, and the new vaccines they are brewing for us, then keep tearing down the only president to put himself through what we see on a daily basis (court)- no one comes close to fighting as hard as Trump has fought, and will keep fighting.

Trump twisted more arms than Hulk Hogan to push his “beautiful vaccines”, “three vaccines, all very very good” “one on the greatest achievements of mankind” to get people to roll up their sleeves and get the jab and to get states to stay locked down. Pfizer and Moderna and the HHS swamp played him like a fiddle. He’s a hell of a lot better than even the best Dhimmicrat, but he was at the helm when people in his government put America on the ropes and he didn’t fire a one of them, but instead he bragged about his vaccines even after he was out of office. That’s a vax salesman in my book.
