LOL! This makes absolutely NO sense. If a swing voter is turned off by "another Trump" then why do you think he would vote for the original Trump?

My wife hates peanut butter. So if I have two peanut butter cookies on my plate, if she won't eat the second peanut butter cookie then why would you expect her to eat the first peanut butter cookie?

You argue like a little girl. And your pointless analogy to peanut butter is pointless and is a straw man logical fallacy.

A swing voter, by definition, is on the fence. If Trump selects a VP that verifies that Trump is not anything that a swing voter might find reprehensible, then he may get that vote.

IMHO, this election, if remotely fair (a big if), will be decided by suburban housewives. Trump has to appeal to them.

Perhaps he intended that he may be perceived as further right than Trump it makes sense.
