How old was your mom? My parents voted democrat every election until Reagan came along. But my mom trusted dimrats over republicans.

My mother who is a Christian & a democrat, voted for Dole over Clinton because of Clinton’s sexual problems.
The only other Republican she voted for was Reagan in either 1980 or 1984.(Most likely, 1984 was her Reagan vote.)
