Russia invaded Ukraine. They’re the evil ones.

So the act of military invasion is inherently—always and everyone—an immoral act, regardless of circumstance or the history leading up to it? You sure you want to stick with that?

Saying “they’re both crap” is just lying.

I think most Americans would have objectively called Russia and Ukraine "crappy" before 2022; were they lying then?

It's the fact that they're both crap — combined with the fact that they're thousands of miles away, far removed anything of importance in domestic America (beyond our stupid sanctions which caused fertilizer costs to skyrocket) — that leads me to say "I don't care about this conflict". That's the point, because there's much more important things to worry about in our own backyard.

The Border: Open.
Inflation: Skyrocketing.
FBI: Criminalizing police opposition.
US Intelligence Agencies: Rigging the election.
Infrastructure: Collapsing.

I can't express how little I care about whatever foreign conflict you're trying to distract me with right now.

I'm with you. This is East Cleveland. It is not Ukraine. Russia did not do this. This block has been like this for years, but Cuyahoga County lacks the funds to clean this up. Maybe some of the $61B could have gone here instead, but we got smug foreigners coming on here and calling our aid "pocket change". They don't give a rats patootie about the USA, just what they can take from us. I guarantee you no European city has anything like this. Meanwhile, back in the USA.
