Yes it’s a concern but dont expect much sympathy here based on constitutional grounds it passed with overwhelming majorities.
Only the judges stand in the way now. It might go all the way to the Supreme Court.
I guess we will see how the judicial branch can keep a check on hot-headed legislators.
