back to my original question.
Can someone turn down a pardon ?
Discussions back and forth about accepting a pardon - is it an admission of guilt ?
so, what do they get pardoned for ?

President Trump pardoned Gen.Flynn, and Flynn accepted it, no doubt gladly, although he was completely innocent and the DOJ had already dropped the charges, but the scumbag judge Sullivan refused to drop the case.
I was going somewhere with this. And I am cynical that either proposal will happen.
As far as I am concerned, pardons by Pres. Trump are remote to not even close to the table much less being on it.
And so is “go directly to hell” retribution by Pres. Trump
I’m guessing that if there be any pardon for Pres. Obama and Pres. Biden it would would be the generic kind that Pres. Ford gave Pres. Nixon...no mention of any crime but a full pardon for anything they did.
” I, GERALD R. FORD, ...grant a full, free, and absolute pardon unto Richard Nixon for all offenses against the United States which he, Richard Nixon, has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 20, 1969 through August 9, 1974.”
as far as retribution towards anyone, Pres. Trump had Hillary by the short ones and let her go(and he did it before his inauguration)
“US President-elect Donald Trump will not pursue a further investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails, to help her “heal”, his spokeswoman has said.”
