Congrats on your progress. Be sure, or at least try like heck, to stick with your exerterrorist. Get all the motion exercise you can stand. Yeah, I know it prolly hurts but it’s what you have to do to maintain your motion and flexibility on the back side. The quacks tend to forget to explain about maintaining mobility and your various parts that been worked on try to cover themselves up in scar tissue and stuff. Another note from experience is to be mindful of irritation, swelling, etc. and use cold paks to stay comfy if anything like that turns up. And I’ve noticed along he way that “reefer cold” isn’t as harsh as “freezer cold” and is sometimes better.
The stretching routine isn't that bad. I do need SweetiePalm for the lifting the elbow and hand over my head. I can't lift it on my own past about 30° down bubble.
The exerterrorist said to do each of the exercises five times, five times a day. I opened my mouth to ask a question. "And, NO, you can't do ten at a time, two and a half times a day." Crumbs, he beat me to it. I mostly work for style points.
