Between the hands looks like a shield with a maltese cross in the center. over and under looks Taurus helmet with horns. Both Aryan symbolism. On the left and right side of the shield looks like a Royal scepter.

The top center has a Ba'al look bottom Hecate with big tits and arms held up.
each corner has a griffin with it's mouth open.

Looking at this version today, I saw the sash as a headband on the head of a child. The child is looking at the creature in the middle. His hand is on the child’s shoulder. No matter what, the whole thing is creepy, alone or mirrored.
