He never said anything about sending troops into Ukraine.
It was a conversation about the vote and he was pointing out the same thing everyone has said whose words get twisted here on FR.
We can continue supporting Ukraine as we are with aid or it is very likely that Russia will continue on after conquering Ukraine and invade a NATO country forcing American soldiers to fight Russia.
