I don't know. I just cannot understand it. I have wracked my brain trying to noodle this out. It is a real puzzle to me. It is beyond my comprehension. It is too complicated to find the root of this problem. I cannot grasp the issue. The root cause of this is too obscure for me. The real reasons for it are hidden. The cause is shrouded in mystery. All the wisdom of the ages could not reveal it. Thinking people just cannot divine the reasons. It will forever be a mystery. We need to form a government agency to look at this problem.
