We’re happy to have Hannity living in Florida - he’s one of us. So glad he’s finally came down.
That said, it’s good for New York ‘snowbirds’ to maintain a home in the north to escape to for a few months every summer. Summer heat down here can be brutal for the first few years. Maybe someplace smaller than the home he’s selling... Again, welcome Hannity.

Why would he want to do that? New York’s property taxes are exorbitant; they make Maryland’s look inexpensive. And he won’t have the homestead exemption up there, either.
