I think Pretty Baby would be their most iconic song.

I think Pretty Baby would be their most iconic song.

I think you're thinking of this one:

Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons - Who Loves You

Who loves you, pretty baby?
Who's gonna help you through the night?
Who loves you, pretty mama?
Who's always there to make it right?

If I'm not mistaken, the song was inspired by Telly Savalas TV character, "Kojak," whose catch-phrase was "Who loves ya, baby?"

No.

I guess you are right in that the name of the song I’m talking about is Can’t Take My Eyes Off of You.

I always thought the name was Pretty Baby.

In the mid 70’s during the Rock and Roll revival I got to see him (with the 4 Seasons) plus Tom James and the Shondells in concert at Pine Knob (a little N of Detroit). Great Concert.

Silly me, and here I thought you were talking about "I love you baby"

I love you baby,
and if it's quite alright
I need you baby,
to warm the lonely nights
I love you baby,
trust in me when I say
oh pretty baby,
don't bring me down, I pray
oh pretty baby,
now that I've found you, stay
and let me love you, baby,
let me love you...

Frankie apparently had a thing for "pretty baby's"
