You’re walking out of the store with a TV.. makes sense if he can’t or won’t provide a receipt then any normal person would assume it’s being stolen. Look at California and everyone walking out with $900 worth of product. Guess everyone assumes it’s paid for. Right.
If he paid for it then yes it’s his but you should provide the receipt if asked when leaving.

I don’t think that was meant literally - projection that he HAS a good case for a lawsuit is how I take it.
