Until the 70s and the current crowd’s hostile takeover, almost all women wore head coverings within Catholic churches, and of course they still do within traditional circles. The West (and aspiring Westerners) might be less hated in the rest of the world if, at least when visiting their native locales, this concept was a bit better respected. Just a thought.
Wearing a head covering in church and being forced to wear a head covering all day everywhere are not the same thing. Not even close.
