Thanks for that data point. I haven’t seen any stories complaining of the sea gobbling up NC beaches, but don’t they regularly replenish NC beaches? Why’s that?

Yeah. I own land on the North River in Beaufort NC.

When King tides hit, water will go 10-15 feet onto the land, otherwise, its stays easily 8-12 inches below the top of the rip-rap on high tide.
