I think it’s both and you have it backwards. My take is:

(1) probably a young girl who’s swallowed the kool-aid
(2) and wound up with a total lack of conscious

But the true #1 should be “has no regard for God or the lives created in His image still developing in the womb”.

I say not lack of conscience BECAUSE she’s drank the kool-aid and thinks this is perfectly harmless. Doctors know better but have overridden their hearts - that’s lack of conscience
