Is there a reason why you mix your Fenben with the black seed oil, rather than take each, separately? (ie Fenben capsules)
I have always read that Fenbendazol should be taken with extra virgin olive oil. A few accounts of taking it yogurt. I figure black seed oil (look up its reputation) is better than olive oil. Cod liver oil is good
The oil makes the Fenbendazol easier to get into your system. Optimum is on an empty stomach. Put the Fenben in a teaspoon of oil. I use a tiny teacup. Stir. Let sit five minutes. Then consume all of it. Even using your index finger to get out what remains in the teacup.
