Bottom, 2023, twenty years into Putin's rule over Russia, and a year into the two week Special Military Operation.

The observant will notice there is a bit missing from the 2023 parade.
Namely, it was missing a real military parade.

You would think that with all the information supplied about how much military equipment Russia has been producing this past year, Putin would want to show it off. THen again, he is probably following the wise course and avoiding it being destroyed other than in actual combat situations.
