Please can anyone with a good legal mind put the charges in general oil layman’s terms ?
To me they seem basically to almost all be about “hush money” payments?
But what else?

As near as I can tell, it’s a process crime..
In other words, to account for the money, it should have been put in column “A” on the spreadsheet.
Instead it was put in column “B”????
