For a decade, progressive Democrat activities have damaged communities and destroyed lives, but the rich and powerful let it go...right up until it affected them personally.
I’ll preface my commentary with the obvious: All of the “mostly peaceful” protests by our “college educated” on campuses nationwide that are clearly pro-Hamas and aimed at Jewish students are wrong, illegal, and all involved should either go back to the classes their parents and taxpayers are funding or be arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
But why the sudden sanctimonious outrage from the media and pundit class, billionaire donors, business leaders, and politicians? Why are the harassment and threats against Jewish students a red line that’s been crossed and now found to be totally unacceptable? It’s only because the current violence hits too close to home.
Several major donors have called a hard stop to their past donations:
New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft, a Columbia graduate, said he was stopping donations immediately and charged the college with failing to keep its Jewish students safe.
Billionaire investor Leon Cooperman, a business school graduate, said he would stick with a stop on donations which began shortly after the October 7 Hamas massacres.
[snip]
Cooperman, Blavatnik and Kraft have donated nearly $100 million in total to Columbia, according to some estimates — money that has created multiple buildings on campus, scholarships for engineers, and a center for Jewish students.
After Eric Garner’s death in 2014 death and Freddie Gray’s in 2015, college students eagerly joined the burgeoning #BlackLivesMatter #DefundThePolice movements. Permitless street protests started becoming a new norm where traffic was strategically snarled, and thousands of commuters were held hostage to those who believed they could demand to be heard at the inconvenience of others.

Do these people/companies funding BLM and the other leftist organizations think it will protect their property from “mostly peaceful”?

Many members of the German aristocracy supported and funded Hitler’s rise to power. He and his rabble of street thugs could easily be controlled, the aristocrats thought.
They thought wrong.
They always knew Burn Loot Murder was a scam, along with everything else they do. Evil and evil hearts can only be hidden for a short while, Conservatives see it for what it is, others don’t want to believe it is evil, and the rest are gleeful that they can get away with doing evil.
They thought wrong.
It is a pretty good analogy.
The Left, in general, has a huge problem with reality. They believe "good intentions" are far more important than "good results". In their assumptions about reality, "good intentions" by the "right people" always results in "good results".
History has proved them wrong many times. They simply say there were not enough "good intentions" or the "wrong people" were in charge.
"The road to Hell is paved with good intentions."
Good article/comments BUMP.
In my opinion, the best part of that clip is at around the 1:30 mark. An old man is sitting at a table, and he is watching the Nazis with disgust. Maybe he just doesn’t like the noise. Or maybe sees the evil for exactly what it is.
I don’t know who made the decision to include that old guy. But it was brilliant.
I will argue, the latest assault on Jews at American “Ivy League” universities is EXACTLY what will destroy the Left and is a SILVER LINING of the madness.
The manufactured, false reputations of these places is being destroyed by these terrorists. An Ivy League degree was a ticket to a financial future for too long. It is now forever tainted and it’s about time.
Withdrawing big money from these propaganda and brainwashing institutions is what I have been advocating for years. If this wickedness is no longer funded, it will go away. Those who teach this hate will have to find honest work (at meager wages) to eat and stay alive.
Where were these super geniuses back in the 1950’s when California was packing its voting base with Mexican illegals attached to the UFW beginnings and the liberal aristocracy. A decade? Get your head out of the sand. This even goes back to the founders when southern democrats were trying to pad their voting capacity calling slaves as part of their population while they were owned by the dems determined property and not people. And they make this a topic of interest that has been in existance since the late 1700’s? Little late there boo boo.

They'll simply donate to different tower of hate.
most of these schools have been coasting on past glories for decades.
No conservative parent with half a brain would send their kid to one of these indoctrination factories.
It’s like that line in John Wick. “It’s not what you did, that bothers me so. It’s who you did it TO.” Jewish kapo elites bitch, moan and complain about what has happened to them but yet keep voting Democrat and allowing it to happen. Then, because they control the narrative, the play the victim.
Make no mistake, we are not dealing with Benny Lipschitz from Balzitch, Ohio here. These are the kids of the elites. They vote for and contribute to everything we despise and fight against. They profiteered from Covid. They have not learned a single thing from history except how to bitch and moan about what is being done to them because of the situation they created. I'm laughing at this entire thing.
Pretty much
The new neocon is coming
The post Krauthammer Podhoretz Kristol version
Neo neocon
The single most chilling scene in movie history, and it is happening now.
I feel like that poor old man who knows what’s coming.
So to all these kapo jewish elites who are now complaining that little Chaim feels unsafe...What have you done to train him for this? Did he learn krav maga? Does he know how to shoot a gun? Is he aware of his history? If not, then the problem is on YOU.
