This is the line that drops from the utility pole to your main breaker box outside

Such is the nature sometimes when one is close to the edge of something... if it is a temperature issue, a few degrees might just push it over the edge. The problem with saying that though is i’m not sure how it ties into exactly what you are experiencing... moving it and finding it goes back to working again.

Anyway, there are several responses you got to your question and I suspect that a correct answer is in there.

Test the outlets and switches with a known good light/radio/vacuume/etc.
Test the device on a known good outlet somewhere else.

If the screws on the switches and outlets were not properly tightened when replacing your outlets you might get similar symptoms. Temperature may improve/degrade a loose connection.

Poor connections can create a LOT of extra heat in the wall socket. Is your installation still under warranty???

If you can(are willing to) operate a screwdriver _AND_ have portable battery light you might SHUT_OFF_POWER, test that it is off with a known good working light, and check if the screws that attach the wire to the switches and outlets are tight.

An outlet tester is cheaper than an electrician.
A pass/fail light will check wiring.
An Amp/Volt/Watt meter will also measure things for about 2-3 times the cost of idiot light, between US$12.00-30.00.
(Kill-A-Watt is a popular name brand to begin search)

An electrician is way way way cheaper than a fire.

Topic tangent,,,
I make my own air filter with a 20x20x5inch MERV16 filter from Lennox(for a furnace) taped ‘in front of’ a Lasko 20inch Box Fan. (in front also keeps the fan clean)
Filter is US$100 and lasts me over a year.
I measure PM2.5 and PM10 to know that filter is good.
Add an inexpensive generic 20x20x1 filter for pet hair if needed.
