The number of doses administered certainly does have a relationship to safety.

The vaccines have been administered over five years. That, and the number of doses, should indicate the relative safety of the vaccines.

And no assuming that the people who are administering them think they are safe.

Numbers of examples do not relate to safety in any way. The only way to be sure they are safe is to go through the testing process. Since these were rushed out in less than a year, there is no way that testing process was completed before they started handing them out.
