Hiring a felon to work in your business. What could go wrong? And given the list of those “discriminated against” b/c of their criminal backgrounds, you won’t be able to fire them.

Don’t hire the felon. Then the government sues the store. So hire the felon, and he steals from you. That’s one thing. But then maybe the felon assaults a customer. Then the store gets sued for not properly supervising their employees (or some such thing).
A honest business just can’t win in Biden’s America.
