It is! It’s my MIL’s way of making steamed broccoli, and it’s a winner. Been making it that way for about 40 years. We usually melt the butter and then add heaping spoonfuls of horseradish. Serve over the broccoli. Everyone I’ve ever served it to says it’s a game changer.
