Your review of this movie is at odds with every other review.

That's because I'm not looking at it through the eyes of a Hollywood reviewer who lives in a bubble, a liberal, or a millennial who hasn't been around the block yet. Eisenhower was president when I was born.

Either you know the hidden ideas the writer and director were trying to convey and no one else knows or your take on this movie is wrong.

If you pay attention to the movie, the writers' ideas are pretty obvious. There are hints all through the movie. He tries to be unbiased in his presentation, but to make it realistic, he relies on scenarios that can only lean one political direction to portray today's world. But, you do have to go see the movie, and stop relying on everyone else's opinion. The ticket price for me was $5.25. A small price to pay, even if it turned out to be the insights of a liberal who hates your guts and has the power of the media behind him. But, it wasn't this at all.

I'm curious why you're sure your summation is correct. A clue such as why California and Texas have united in this fight would be insightful.

OK, if you want me to ruin it for you, I will. In this movie, the sniveling liberal globalist president (who has a Kennedy bust on display as he addresses the nation) declared Marshall law, put himself in office for a 3rd term, and attacked TX and CA because they both seceded from the union.

There are entire counties in CA that want to leave the state. Over 60 percent of Texas voters want a vote on secession to be put on a state referendum ballot. And, if you haven't been paying attention to what is happening in the white house, then you need to start. So yeah, I'd say the movie tries to portray a very realistic scenario.

Thank you for the further information.

"OK, if you want me to ruin it for you."

You didn't ruin it because I don't plan to see it or any current movie.

"In this movie, the sniveling liberal globalist president (who has a Kennedy bust on display as he addresses the nation) declared Marshall law, put himself in office for a 3rd term, and attacked TX and CA because they both seceded from the union."

Even when you tell me I don't get it. I know Texas has talked about seceding as did northern California. You say the president doesn't represent Trump but the Democrat narrative is Trump will never give up power which appears to be what the character in the movie is doing.

"And if you haven't been paying attention to what is happening in the white house, then you need to start."

I don't even know what you mean by this. Do you believe no one understands the power grab by Democrats and the Biden White House except you?

Anyway, thank you for the further details.
