I don’t even have to look at the list to know my first-term GOP rep is on the list. He’s voted to send money to Ukraine all along, voted for the expenditure Bill, and voted twice to keep FISA. He won’t be getting my vote this fall.
So somebody tell me why we were duped into thinking Cold War was over.
I don’t think it ever stopped, everything changed yet nothing has changed. The same players are on the field only with different names. We were had. So excuse me if I refer to Russia as the Soviet Union because I think there’s a lot of the old Soviet blood running in the veins of mother Russia.
I remember the Cold War, I remember the threats the drills, the defensive posture in the 24/7 strategic initiatives... those should have never gone away because the threat of Marxism is still present. And the vehicles for that totalitarian threat remain.
