People drank raw milk for 5,000 years and didn’t get sick. The problems arose when they put the dairies in the cities next to the distilleries. (The conditions were filthy and they would feed the cows the corn mash)

My daughter had terrible eczema. I started her in raw milk and she has the most gorgeous hair and skin now. And I use the local, grass-fed Jersey raw milk to ferment kefir and yogurt, too. It’s been years since we started buying raw milk and the health benefits are amazing.
Store bought milk, both pasteurized and ultra pasteurized, is highly processed garbage that truly has made people sick, just like so much of the standard America diet.
