Why would Tucker discuss UFOs with clergy instead of “UFO experts”? Whether one believes that UFOs are real or not is beside the point. Trying to discuss UFOs with clergy is sure to get a lot of blank stares from clergy.

I’ve met many members of “the clergy” who lack basic integrity, let alone credibility.

Absolutely. Though I know there are many fine clergymen in the world, there are also many weak, faithless clergymen.

When my own Methodist church got a new minister after splittin with the UMC, I ask him if he was going to address the LGBTQ issue given that our local kids were most likely being brainwashed in school.

His reply was a resounding no.

He was afraid there would be a stampede out the door.

I said that I understood that this was a "sensitive" issue but thought that the church needed to offer leadership at this dangerous time in the lives of local children...and he acted a little miffed at me.

I made the same suggestion to some members of the congregation and they all stated that they didn't think the minister should discuss "politics" from the pulpit.

Politics?

That's when I decided to stop attending.
