@RandPaul

It’s official: ⁦@SpeakerJohnson is no longer the GOP Speaker of the House, but Speaker for the Uniparty’s $1.5T deficit, warrantless spying on Americans, and a foreign aid bill with more deficit spending than Schumer’s budget buster.

I actually find the political partisanship funny as hell.

If this exact same bill had come up for consideration in 2004, we would have seen …

1. Unanimous Republican support for it.

2. Tempered Democratic opposition to it … mostly from far-left Democrats who would recognize it for what it is: foreign/corporate welfare for mostly white people.

3. George W. Bush signing it into law, with John McCain and Joe Lieberman praising themselves for such “wonderful bipartisanship.”

4. Lindsey Graham picking up several million dollars in PAC contributions from his bosses at Boeing and Raytheon.

5. John Kerry voting for it … before he voted against it … and then running around announcing that his ancestors were Ukrainian Jews and that he and Ukraine’s president are both descendants of the legendary Zelenskerry family.

I don’t know what Rand Paul is complaining about. This is a REPUBLICAN welfare bill.

There are always plenty of parties to choose from, always lots and lots of them.

The sad fact is that the country has moved way left of center--thanks to a few decades of indoctrination by the MSM, Hollywood and our institutions of higher indoctrination

Sadly, our corporate elite has signed on to the move and joined them with their emphasis on DEI, CRT and ESG.

Add in the massive invasion from the southern border, it will move even more to the left (on steroids) in the coming years.

I hate to sound like Debbie Downer here,,,,,as it is very, very sad, but a fact.....sigh.

Stupid crap like this is not helpful to our party.

Correct. Stupid crap like Johnson being Schumer's bitch is not helpful to our party. Nor is Johnson's effeminate surrender to everything the demoncraps want helpful to our nation. In fact, everything he's doing is quite harmful to our Republic - screw the party - and harmful to our Constitution.

Gay Old Pussies, rot in hell.

Truth-telling is always helpful, regardless who tells it. The Majority Leader of the US Senate absolutely has every right to speak his mind about the House.

People need to wake up to the fact that the GOP is not on the side of We The People.

We need a new party. Hoping that RINOs finally see the error of their ways has not been a successful approach.

The choice in 2015 was to either start a new party or to take over the existing one. Both were tough tasks. Trump chose the latter option.

It's now April 2024 and half a year before what may be our final election that has any aspect of being free and fair.

You're not going to be able to successfully change course and start a new party and accomplish anything at this late date before the election.

Fair point. But this ain’t the same country as it was in 2004. We would question an Iraq invasion and the WMDs.

Fact? The country has moved left?

The only thing moving left are the politicians and the institutions. The people are not moving left.

The people's elections are being hacked and their political parties are ignoring their wishes.

No, it's not a "fact" that the people of the country have moved left, "sad" newb.

I disagree, The country has moved well to the left. How else can you possibly explain half the country supporting Biden after these disastrous three years.

. Trump should not be even with Biden, he should be up by 20 points.

I disagree. Trump just clearly stated that he was against the FISA bill and the Ukraine funding bill.

Until Trump thinks he has the leverage to move on Johnson, he will not personally attack Johnson. But he will attack his positions.

Check Trump's history. See what happened to Ronna.

I’m talking about national polls, virtually every one shows Biden about even (certainly within the margin of error) with Trump.

“Trump voiced his support before Johnson’s betrayal manifested. Let’s see what Trump says now that Johnson put his name on Biden’s bill and rammed through with rat votes.”

How long are you willing to wait?
