I dont see any crimes being committed short of accepting large sums of government subsidies to produce what the government wanted its serfs to drive without thinking of the infrastructure to keep it running. It seems Elon had an accomplice.
Elon set the bar. There are some things I like about him and some things I don’t like. Smart and Batshit Crazy is tough combination.
