Just heard this from sganon,its a few weeks old but has some interesting theories.
Using slo- mo for the tanker hitting the bridge near Baltimore we can see that there are several flashes on the bridge indicating a possible explosion occurring at the exact time the ship hit the support for the bridge.
SG ties this to a meeting of obama with UK officials sometime before the crash and budgeting for deepening the channel where the ship ran.
he also mentions lara logans statement that intel agencies were behind it all.
Very interesting a well spent hour or so.
