I used to teach news writing at our local community college, night school. I began the first class by playing that song.
The students sure weren’t expecting that, but it did put the class in perspective for them. Hopefully, none of them went into the news biz.

I used to open up my college radio station with “Dirty Laundry” at 6 am sharp. Right before I read the news of the day….LOL!
The beginning of that song and “Leila” were great for waking people up - in more ways than one, hopefully.
