You are right if anything the administration helps the chicoms at every level. living off the land and hacking massive computer systems are waaaay over my head but I'm trying to understand. Using the "living off the land model" as the Volt Typhoon hackers do is harder to catch. The usual algorithms that other hackers use are just not there. They more or less copy the normal usage of the computer system they are hacking right down to what time they locals use it. Slick group.
