Do you think Russia should have no concerns or reaction to the biolabs in Ukraine at Russia border? I would be very concerned if Canada or Mexico had biolabs near our border. You really seem to have overwhelming dislike of Russia.
Does having biolabs justify a war of conquest? I would say that the proportionality doesn't come close to balancing.
Depending on exactly what the labs were doing I would have no problem with the death penalty for those initiating and/or doing the work. That would include any Americans involved.
This war is NOT about biolabs.
