I think what you mean is that Russia does not currently have militarist rhetoric.

However, I do agree with you that it was the derps' 2014 "Color revolution" in Ukraine and the country's subsequent conversion to a globalist-spook haven for money laundering, bioweapons, human trafficking and espionage against Russia that caused the current war.

The problem in the world is globalism/the WEF type plans, and any countries trying to take over other countries, and world wide corruption (some countries much more than others, obviously). Russia is not the problem.

And for years before the color revolution, Ukraine was already a haven for ultra nefarious doings of all kinds including sex trafficking, baby selling, organ selling, and the link.
